01 Studio Who we are

About Pixtwin Studio

Pixtwin is a studio for the physical world’s digital double. We turn factories, campuses and infrastructure into living 3D systems — streaming sensor data, geospatial context and business logic into one interactive model your teams can see, question and act on.

A

Operator-first

Designed with the people who run the floor, not for a boardroom demo. Every view answers a real operational question.

B

Engine-grade 3D

Unreal Engine visuals delivered to a browser tab, a control-room video wall or a headset — from one source model.

C

Data you already own

We connect PLCs, SCADA, MES and historians through Databricks, Azure and AWS. No rip-and-replace.

02 Services What we build

Four ways we make
operations visible.

Each engagement ships as a working system — not a render. Models are bound to live data from day one, and designed to grow asset by asset.

Real-time dashboards

Operational dashboards that update in milliseconds, not minutes — built for the control room and the boardroom alike.

  • OEE, energy & quality KPIs
  • Alarm & event streams
  • Role-based views

03 Live demo Simulated data

Real-time,
not refresh-time.

Streaming pipelines push state from the edge to the screen in under a second — a spindle on a line or a sensor on a street corner. Pick a scenario and hover anything below.

    Engine-grade 3D.
    Enterprise-grade data.

No single platform makes a twin. We combine a real-time engine, geospatial data, a lakehouse and your cloud — and wire them into one live model.

    05 Process How we work

    From site walk
    to live twin.

We start small — one line, one building — and prove value with live data before scaling. Every phase ends with something running.

    1. 01

      Discover

Site walk, data audit and KPI definition. We map what exists, what already streams, and what actually matters.

      Weeks 1–2
    2. 02

      Capture & model

LiDAR, photogrammetry and CAD / BIM converted into optimised, semantic 3D ready for real-time engines.

      Weeks 3–6
    3. 03

      Connect & stream

PLC, SCADA, MES and IoT feeds wired through cloud pipelines and bound to every asset in the model.

      Weeks 5–10
    4. 04

      Operate & evolve

Launch to control rooms and browsers, then iterate with simulation, alerting and predictive models.

06 Sectors Where twins pay off

    Built for places
    that never stop.

From a single production cell to a city-wide network, the same twin foundation scales with the operation — one model, one source of truth.

    07 Questions

    Straight
    answers.

What exactly is a digital twin?

A live, data-connected model of a physical asset, process or place. Unlike a static 3D model, a twin reflects current state from sensors and business systems — and lets you simulate a change before you make it on the floor.

Do we need to install new sensors?

Usually not at first. Most sites already produce rich data through PLCs, SCADA, historians and MES. We start with what streams today and recommend instrumentation only where it closes a real gap.

Which cloud platforms do you work with?

Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, with Databricks as the lakehouse layer where it fits. We design around your existing tenancy, security model and data governance.

How is the 3D delivered to users?

In the browser via WebGL or Unreal Engine Pixel Streaming, on control-room video walls, or as desktop and XR applications — all from the same source model.

How long does a first twin take?

A focused pilot on one line or building typically goes live in 8–12 weeks. From there the twin grows asset by asset, on the same data foundation.
